The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe (Gaa-zagaskwaajimekaag Ojibweg) is a federally recognized tribe located in north-central Minnesota. They are part of the larger Ojibwe (also known as Anishinaabe or Chippewa) Nation, the second-largest Indigenous group in North America.
